Returns at our Store

Bring the item and receipt to our shop. Any staff member will be happy to address your concerns and help you make an exchange or reimburse your order.

Return Policy

What is Southern Charm's return policy?

Southern Charm accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Items received after 15 days will be refunded via store credit. Items that have been monogrammed or personalized will no be eligible for return/exchange.

 

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs and return labels will not be provided. Please contact sales@southerncharmembroidery.com with your order number to begin the process.

How long does it take for my refund to be credited?

Once a return is fully processed your store credit is available immediately. If the refund includes a balance returning to your credit or debit card it is up to your bank or other establishment but an expected 3-5 days seems typical.
